Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with the medication purchased from our online platform, below are the procedures to be followed in order to return the items purchased or alternatively, to obtain a refund.

What can be returned to the online pharmacy?

  • You are welcome to return items that differ from those which were ordered online. For instance, if you purchased a strong painkiller and instead received anti-anxiety medication, the medication can be returned.
  • If the order was received excluding certain items.
  • Some or all of the products received were damaged or broken.
  • The items are defective.

Provided that your dissatisfaction with your delivery falls into one of the aforementioned grounds for return, you may proceed to return the items and obtain a replacement order or refund. This will be handled on a case by case basis. Note that if damage occurs after delivery, the items cannot be returned or refunded.

Procedure

You are required to contact customer care in order for us to arrange for the items you wish to return to be retrieved from you, or couriered back to us. Once we have received the items, the items will be inspected and a case logged. Kindly ensure that all your information provided to us such as your contact details and address are correct. If we have been furnished with inaccurate information, it will not be possible for us to process your request for a return and refund. Note that orders are refunded entirely at our discretion.

From the date of receipt of the delivery, you have a period of seven days in order to notify us that you wish to return the items delivered to you. Note that after notifying us that the items are to be returned, you may not use any of the items. If the items appear to have been used, the items cannot be returned to us and neither will the item be replaced.

Although we endeavour to deliver items purchased within two to five working days, delays do occur. Kindly allow for delays over which we have no control, such as delays that the postal service may have encountered, we may have been inundated with orders for a particular medication and may not be able to meet the demand immediately or manufacturers may not have delivered to us on time.

What if I want to cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order provided that it has not already been dispatched. Remember that purchases are dispatched within twenty-four hours after a purchase has been made, so if you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible.

Liability and claims against the online pharmacy

Note that no claims can be instituted against us in respect of any defects in the items delivered to the purchaser. Further note that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of items purchased from us. You buy from us and use our services entirely at your own risk.
